Academic Support Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and committed Academic Support Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This is a full-time, temporary role with potential for permanent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in engaging with lessons and achieving their goals
  • Assist teachers in delivering tailored education plans, promoting inclusive learning environments
  • Foster emotional and social development in pupils, employing strategies to manage associated behaviors
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting individuals with SEN either professionally or personally
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive approach to working with pupils with additional needs
  • A strong commitment to improving outcomes for children with diverse learning requirements
Estimated Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
