We are seeking a dedicated and organized Accommodation Assistant to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. in Edinburgh. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Accommodation Assistant. You will work closely with our events team to provide high-quality food and beverage services for our clients.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our clients
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver events and services

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, food safety, and event management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic food safety knowledge and certification (or willingness to obtain)

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus benefits including free meals on duty and cycle-to-work scheme.
