Marine Navigation Engineer

About the Role:

As a Field Service Engineer at Navis Consulting, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the installation, commissioning, and support of electronic systems on vessels. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your technical expertise with a passion for customer support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Installing and commissioning electronic systems on vessels, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Providing field repairs and technical support for installed systems onboard, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
• Training customers on product features, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our technology.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

1. 3-5 years of experience in electrical/electronic system installation, commissioning, and repair.
2. A strong understanding of electronic systems and a full UK driving license.
3. Experience in product training with a practical focus is ideal.
4. An interest in vessels and offshore facilities, and a passion for customer support.
