At Praxis Care, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at Forest Lodge in Portadown.

About the Role

This is a 39-hour contract position with a salary of £24,836 - £28,072 per annum.* The role requires sleep-ins, with a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies*.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals with complex needs.

Responsibilities:

  • To support service users in managing their emotions and promoting independence.
  • To provide assistance with personal care, cooking, and supervising family visits.
  • To accompany residents on outings and activities, such as football matches, concerts, and tech classes.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
