We are seeking a skilled Team Leading Tutor Assessor to join our team in Armagh. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the future leaders of diverse industries.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tutor to deliver Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading and Level 3 Diploma in Management to students studying on the ApprenticeshipsNI training programme.
Key Responsibilities- Craft comprehensive lesson plans to delve into leadership theories, communication strategies, and organisational management.
- Share practical insights and real-world examples to prepare students for dynamic leadership challenges across various professional domains.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment to encourage critical thinking and innovation.
- Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Team Leading / Management
- 2+ years' experience working in a Team Leading / Management role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full clean driving licence and access to transport
- A competitive salary of £28,250 per annum (pro-rata)
