This role offers a salary of up to £25,000 per annum and the flexibility to work in the office, from home, or on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, fleet, or AD claims from an insurer or brokerage.
Key Responsibilities- Validate, investigate, and negotiate customer claims with confidence
- Manage and prioritize your caseload with strong organizational skills
- Work towards monthly targets at both team and individual levels
- Apply commercial acumen in assessing claims, balancing economic considerations with the business's best interests
- Use strong negotiation skills to challenge decisions where appropriate
- Make quick and accurate decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity
- Identify and handle potentially spurious claims
- Understand industry procedures, products, and services
- Liaise effectively with blue-chip organizations
- Comfortable with claims validation, investigation, and negotiation
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work to monthly targets, both individually and as part of a team
- Commercially astute with a focus on the business's best interests
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in challenging decisions
- Quick decision-making abilities regarding liability, quantum, and indemnity
- Keen eye for identifying potentially fraudulent claims
- Solid understanding of industry procedures, products, and services
- Ability to liaise effectively with blue-chip organizations
