Michele Denny Recruitment is partnering with a thriving claims business in Diss, South Norfolk, to find Claims Adjusters for their specialist MGA organization.
This role offers a salary of up to £25,000 per annum and the flexibility to work in the office, from home, or on a hybrid basis, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week.
Key Responsibilities- Validate, investigate, and negotiate customer claims with confidence and commercial acumen.
- Manage and prioritize your caseload with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Work towards monthly targets at both team and individual levels, applying your knowledge of industry procedures and products.
- Use strong negotiation skills to challenge decisions where appropriate and make quick and accurate decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity.
- Identify and handle potentially spurious claims, understanding the importance of maintaining a professional and friendly team environment.
- Comfortable with claims validation, investigation, and negotiation, with a strong understanding of industry procedures and products.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work to monthly targets, both individually and as part of a team, with a strong commercial acumen and a focus on the business's best interests.
- Quick decision-making abilities regarding liability, quantum, and indemnity, with a solid understanding of industry procedures and products.
