Job Title: Quality Assurance/Compliance Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our client's team as a QA Audit/Compliance Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory standards and company policies, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of internal processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency of internal operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any compliance issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Document and report audit findings and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Reviewing and analyzing internal processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with teams to implement and monitor quality assurance measures.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
