Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Programme Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Programme Manager to drive success in our technology services projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and cost plans in partnership with technical leads and internal teams.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results, manage resources, and prioritize tasks to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with account teams to scope out service projects and create Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in IC design, SOC verification, RTL, or IP development.
  • Proven experience in driving tactical service engagements, particularly in analog, SOC, verification, or package/board expertise.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with a focus on customer success.
