This company represents the largest gaming brands on the continent, with a growing presence in 22 countries. To continue their impressive growth trajectory, they are looking for a Senior Customer Insight Analyst. This person will help them build a data-driven decision-making culture, focusing on the impact of promotional activity and web development to deliver an improved customer experience and commercial value to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be an important team member, delivering high-quality software and iterative releases. You will collaborate with in-house and offshore teams, including Snr DevOps, Java, and FE Devs.

  • Designing and creating CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Setting up new environments using best practices, ensuring repeatable processes for platform clients.
  • Collaborating with developers, business, and solution architects to align CI/CD requirements.
  • Configuring monitoring and logs collection for various application and infrastructure metrics.
  • Participating in handovers and supporting activities, including acting as L2/L3 support for solution changes or bug fixing during the support phase.
  • Documenting technical knowledge to improve comprehension in relevant areas.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of DevOps experience.
  • Extensive experience with leading cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
  • Proficient in managing cloud services, including EC2, S3, VPC (AWS), Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes cluster management.
  • CDN (Cloudflare) experience.
  • Terraform expertise.
  • Docker and container orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes.
  • PostgreSQL and CouchDB.
  • CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Alerting and dashboards for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and Cloud Monitoring (AWS/GCP).
  • Security best practices and experience in implementing security controls, data protection, and compliance.
  • Bash and Groovy expertise.
  • Ability to self-organize and quickly learn new technologies and paradigms.

Desirable:

  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in the gambling or online gaming industry.
