About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation and Recovery team at Priory Healthcare. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with complex mental and physical health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans to meet the needs of patients with neurodegenerative diagnoses, dementia, and complex mental and physical health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including psychology and occupational therapy, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Use evidence-based practice and relevant outcome measures to inform treatment decisions.
  • Supervise and mentor Student Physiotherapists to ensure high-quality care and professional development.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy (BSc/MSc).
  • Experience working in mental health services, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
