As a Physiotherapist in Mental Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and contributing to the hospital's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing effective treatment plans to meet their clinical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice.
  • Contribute to business growth by promoting the company's therapy services, aligning with the local unit's business plan and objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, relatives, carers, and purchasers throughout the patient's rehabilitation journey.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working in mental health, preferably in an inpatient setting, with a strong understanding of the complexities of mental health care.
  • Ability to manage a caseload, work collaboratively with other therapists, and supervise student Physiotherapists to deliver high-quality therapy services.
