We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with clients. Your technical expertise, combined with your ability to motivate and support your team, will be essential in delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the planning, preparation, and successful completion of deliverables
  • Communicating and liaising with other disciplines and clients to ensure clear understanding of scope and deliverables
  • Assisting in the preparation of tenders, including programme, cost estimate, resourcing, and written quality/technical input
  • Experience of designing structures in the Marine Environment, including good track record of working with both public and private clients
