About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Meat & Poultry Category Manager to join the Merchandising team on a full-time, permanent basis, reporting into the Head of Merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver a category strategy for Meat & Poultry to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices and improve product quality.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform category decisions.

What You Need to Succeed:

- Proven experience in category management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
