Senior Category Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Category Manager to spearhead our Meat & Poultry category. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial background, with experience in category management, merchandising, or a related field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a category plan that meets in-year sales and cash margin targets. This includes creating a strategy to drive category growth, managing promotions, and implementing intelligent pricing recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a category plan to drive sales and margin growth.
- Manage promotions and pricing strategies to maximize category performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead the category team to achieve sales and margin targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving commercial results in a category management or related role. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
