Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team at CBRE Investment Accounting and Reporting Solutions. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and providing expert advice on accounting and financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality financial reporting;
- Prepare bespoke financial reports and statements in accordance with IFRS and FRS 102;
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with the team to provide financial analysis and support on acquisitions and disposals;
- Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity;
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to junior team members;
- Ensure compliance with current procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, or CIMA) is preferred;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude;
- Experience in property accounting and financial reporting is advantageous;
- Working knowledge of Channel Island entities is advantageous;
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and TBS TRAMPS and Yardi systems.
