Job Description

As a Senior Care Assistant at Bupa Global, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, collaborate with the Nurse, and develop relationships with residents, families, and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Work closely with the Nurse to ensure seamless care delivery and promote resident well-being.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external teams to ensure excellent care outcomes.
  • Support residents with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Participate in training and supervision of new staff members to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 in care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work alternate weekends.
