About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Personal Care: Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
- Supporting Emotional Wellbeing: Building positive relationships with our children and young people, and providing emotional support and guidance.
- Encouraging Independence: Supporting our children and young people to develop their skills and independence, and encouraging them to take part in activities and hobbies.
