Job Opportunity at Saltrock

We are seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our Retail team at Saltrock, a British coastal lifestyle brand. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the perfect products, process sales transactions with care, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that our stores are visually appealing and well-organized, with a focus on creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process deliveries, and replenish stock as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to high standards of housekeeping and visual presentation.

Requirements:

  • Customer Focus: A warm and friendly manner, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandising: A strong understanding of sales techniques, visual merchandising principles, and the ability to communicate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Operational Skills: Competence in till operations, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
