About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Cafe Front of House Team Member to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our Front of House team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring a high level of food safety and hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, following our menu and operational procedures.
  • Manage cash and card transactions, handling customer payments and operating our point-of-sale system.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with business communications, initiatives, and promotions, ensuring you're aware of any changes or updates that may impact your role.
