Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate records on COUPA.
  • Liaise with market advisors to resolve purchase order queries and requests.
  • Run SAP reports as requested by project engineers and verify internal order transactions.
  • Address queries received in the shared email address for the Hub Admin team.
  • Handle actions or escalations within PROMPT via admin access.
  • Process weekly parked and blocked files.
  • Manage monthly processing of goods received not invoiced.
  • Update weekly safety statistics in preparation for team meetings using the safety stats database.
  • Monitor compliance hub tasks daily and update as required.
  • Maintain shared files and update procedures.
  • Forward key facts and toolbox talks to global engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Validated IT skills for management reporting systems.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
