About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer/Senior Associate to oversee Private Client services across three regional offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take ownership and responsibility for Private Client matters, leading to a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee Private Client services across three regional offices
  2. Manage a team of three
  3. Handle a varied caseload of wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications
  4. Provide expertise in tax, trusts, and contentious probate
  5. Ensure high-quality client service and maintain client relationships
Requirements
  1. Extensive experience in wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications
  2. Experience in tax, trusts, and contentious probate is desirable
  3. People management experience is advantageous but not essential
  4. Strong organisational and communication skills
  5. Ability to travel to Colchester and London offices as required
