Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Coach to join our team at Babington. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to learners, helping them achieve their learning goals and develop their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans and SMART targets to support learners in achieving their goals
- Provide coaching and mentoring to learners, focusing on behavioral change and skill development
- Use digital technologies and innovative approaches to deliver learning and development opportunities
- Liaise with employers and external agencies to ensure effective collaboration and support
- Design and deliver interactive and engaging teaching, training, and development opportunities to adults
- Manage workload, time, and resources effectively to achieve deadlines and deliver results
- Establish and maintain rapport with a wide range of people, including learners, employers, and colleagues
- Inspire and facilitate learning, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and development
Requirements
- Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
- Level 5 CIPD Human Resources qualification
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification or willingness to acquire
- Experience of developing individualized learning plans and SMART targets
- Coaching and mentoring experience, with a focus on behavioral change and skill development
- Experience of using digital technologies and innovative approaches to deliver learning and development opportunities
- Experience of liaising with employers and external agencies
- Experience of providing interactive and engaging teaching, training, and development opportunities to adults
- Ability to manage workload, time, and resources effectively to achieve deadlines and deliver results
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a wide range of people
- Ability to inspire and facilitate learning, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and development
