We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Care Team at Rosewood Court in Wellingborough, where we provide independent living to our residents with access to a range of facilities.

Job DescriptionThis role presents a fantastic opportunity for a leader to utilise their expertise and passion for care to make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Care Assistants and ensuring correct procedures are followed.
You will develop, implement, and maintain individual care and support plans, providing residents and their relatives with an effective communication network. Your role will involve ensuring residents are encouraged to reach their optimum level of independence and that all administrative systems are implemented effectively.
A key aspect of this role will be carrying out a weekly sleep-in and working weekend shifts as part of a rota system. If you are an experienced leader with a passion for care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of Care Assistants and ensure correct procedures are followed
- Develop, implement, and maintain individual care and support plans
- Provide residents and relatives with an effective communication network
- Ensure residents are encouraged to reach their optimum level of independence
- Ensure all administrative systems are implemented effectively
- Carry out 1 sleep in per week and work weekend shifts as part of a rota system
We are looking for a leader who possesses:
- An NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or will work towards this qualification)
- Experience in managing a team within a similar environment
- Exceptional communication skills
