We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead in Psychiatric Care to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading clinical decision-making and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage risk, including vulnerability, suicide risk, and risks to health and safety.
- Prepare and present reports for Mental Health Review Tribunal and Managers' Hearings.
- Work in partnership with psychiatrists from partner providers to deliver comprehensive care.
- Lead clinical decision-making in multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Engage with service transformation programmes and attend Consultant meetings to drive change and improvement.
- Provide clinical supervision to trainees in gaining core psychiatric experience.
- Support trainees in achieving competencies in core general psychiatry.
