Main Responsibilities
  • Social inclusion: facilitate opportunities for individuals to engage in community activities and events
  • Sourcing activities: plan and organize activities that cater to diverse interests and needs
  • Assistance with employment or education: support individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations
  • Managing challenging situations and behaviours: utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies
  • Writing accurate and factual daily reports: maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and progress
  • Promoting and ensuring privacy and dignity: respect clients' autonomy and confidentiality

The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 months of care experience, hold an up-to-date DBS, and be willing to travel. Additionally, having a driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable.
