We are seeking a Women's First Team Wellbeing Lead to join our Performance & Wellbeing team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing wellbeing support for the women's first team, helping players thrive and deliver 'people to the door of performance'. This will involve ensuring all players receive a high quality onboarding process into the club for both overseas and domestic players using a holistic and multi–disciplinary team approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of person–centred wellbeing cultures. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
