About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmacist to lead our Women's and Neonatal Services team at Birmingham Women's Hospital. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services in a range of specialties across maternity, gynaecology, and neonatal directorates.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience, including substantial hospital experience, and expertise within women's health and neonatal pharmacy. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with colleagues as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include leading, developing, and delivering clinical pharmacy services; co-ordinating day-to-day duties; supervising, motivating, and supporting the team; and deputising for the Principal Pharmacist as required.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced pharmacist looking to take on a leadership role and further develop their patient-focused clinical pharmacy service. The position offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
