About Us:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Year 3 Teaching Assistant to support our teachers in delivering high-quality education to our Year 3 children. You will need to have a solid understanding of the National Curriculum, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping children thrive in their academic and personal development.

  • Estimated salary: £25,600 - £27,900 per year (based on 12.50 per hour)

The Role:

We require a proactive and flexible approach to supporting children's learning, with experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in Key Stage 2 (Year 3). A good understanding of the Year 3 curriculum, including English, Mathematics, and Science, is essential.

About the Job:

This role involves providing 1:1 and small group support for students, both inside and outside the classroom. You will also assist with classroom management, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
