Job Title: Telesales Executive

Pertemps Bond is currently recruiting for a Telesales or Telemarketer on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Shifnal, Shropshire on a Temporary ongoing basis.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound calling to business-to-business clients to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Working directly on our clients CRM system to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Contacting new and existing business prospects to understand their requirements and provide relevant information.
  • Preparing and submitting quotations and closing deals.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Logging details of orders across various programs and maintaining accurate records.
  • Dealing with different stakeholders within the client's business and communicating effectively via phone, email, and Teams.
Requirements:
  • Fluent French speaking essential.
  • Good sales ability with a clear understanding of how to close a sale over the telephone.
  • A positive approach, self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to build and maintain new and existing customer relationships.
  • Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
