About the Role
At GSF Car Parts, we're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with customers and apply effective sales techniques to meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote products.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, working towards personal and team goals.
- Liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure efficient delivery of parts and services.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through internal literature and training.
About You
We're looking for a motivated and organized individual with experience in telesales and/or customer service. As a Sales Advisor, you'll need to be able to work well under pressure, be customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills.
