Building Surveyor

Comoro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing commercial input, preparing valuations, and managing projects across various divisions and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts.
- Prepare valuations for interim applications for payment.
- Prepare subcontract enquiry documentation, valuations, and interim payments.
- Prepare final accounts and contra-charges.
- Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor and SMT in managing projects.
- Prepare monthly cost/value reports and review results with other contract team members.
- Produce commercial reports and review results with other contract team members.
- Agree certification and payment of subcontractor accounts and monitor against forecasts.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience working in one or more of the following: main contractor, facade sector, or building remediation.
- A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying (desirable but not essential).
