Job Title: Community Development Administrator

Job Type: Permanent, Part Time

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Community Development Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Darren and his team in their daily activities, including ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place for Darren's sensory needs and providing support for him to engage in his hobbies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Darren with his daily routine and activities
  • Assisting with sensory needs and arrangements
  • Encouraging Darren to participate in hobbies and interests

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs
