Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support to our financial consultants, maintaining excellent administration processes, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to financial consultants, including diary management, meeting arrangements, and documentation preparation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, including fund switches, rebalances, and other trades.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with holiday and sickness cover for other team members and provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Enhance industry knowledge through external and internal resources.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of retail financial products and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, even under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with IT proficiency.
  • Proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks and being accountable.
