Job Summary

The Stryker Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to our clinical customers, ensuring best-in-class specialist support with procedural excellence. This role will focus on servicing and supporting our customers in the theatre and clinical environment, providing training and support for Stryker products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries.
  • Train theatre and wider HCP staff on Stryker products.
  • Work closely with the local sales team to coordinate training and events.
  • Audit theatre Stryker stock and manage consignment inventory.
  • Conduct trials and evaluations of products in the theatre and clinical environment.
  • Implement training and provide instruments for new Stryker business.
  • Communicate essential features and benefits of products and their clinical application.

Requirements

  • Theatre experience or professional training in a medical environment preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' theatre or medical experience.
  • Commercial knowledge and understanding of cost pressures surrounding theatres and surgical procedures.
  • Computer skills – MS Office, Excel etc.
  • Presentation skills with modern presentation media.
