Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at Semper Security UK Ltd. As a Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment, ensuring the well-being of our customers and staff, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre to identify and prevent potential security risks
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and staff
- Work closely with the site control room to ensure effective communication and response to incidents
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Collaborate with other security team members to maintain a high level of security and customer service
- SIA Door Supervisor licence
- 1 year of security experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.50
- Flexible working pattern including days, nights, and weekends
