About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a BESS Project Manager at Greenvolt Power. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful design, supervision, and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects, including BESS and electrical infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to deliver high-quality projects that meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Participate in tendering processes, including technical requirements and contract discussions.
  • Supervise the quality of services and products provided by external suppliers.
  • Develop and control documentation to ensure timely project start-ups.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams and procurement departments to prepare technical documentation and scope for bidding procedures.
  • Schedule project steps and work to achieve efficient, timely, and cost-effective construction of BESS projects.
  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure compliance with building permits and other regulatory requirements.
  • Report project status, recommend solutions, and inform about potential risks to the Board.
  • Manage and supervise payments, approvals, and documentation preparation for connection permits.
  • Coordinate information flow between the Company and public institutions, as well as internal teams.
Requirements
  • Engineering background (preferably Electrical Engineer).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects, mainly BESS Projects (Utility scale) construction.
  • Experience in bringing projects to Commercial Operation Date (COD).
  • Solid Construction Management experience in renewable power plants and high-voltage infrastructures.
  • Good knowledge of engineering and technical evaluation of BESS contracts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with Auto Cad, MS Project, and MS Office.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Experience working on international sites is a plus.
  • Availability to travel to countries where the company is developing and constructing projects.
