Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer expectations are met.
  • To identify and refer growth, revenue or churn opportunities to the Business Partner & internal account manager.
  • To work closely with Business Partners, supporting them with their customer base.
  • To establish and build rapport with customers, providing accurate and timely information to instil customer confidence.
  • To deliver against key business objectives, business service level agreements and individual key performance indicators.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the service industry.
  • Competent with Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to understand, analyse and interpret data.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent, assertive, and controlled telephone manner.
  • Problem analysis/solving.
