Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyperson to join our team at Anchor. As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day minor maintenance and repairs to a high standard, ensuring a happy and comfortable environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including gardening and minor repairs.
- Differentiating between minor repairs and when more specialist skills are required.
- Ensuring equipment is used safely and following health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in gardening, building, or maintenance is desirable.
- Range of practical skills, including maintenance and gardening.
- Understanding of data protection and confidentiality and the safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
- Health & safety in the workplace.
