Group Head Pastry Chef

We are seeking an exceptional Group Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry operations for Smyth & Co, a renowned restaurant group in London. In this role, you will oversee multiple high-end establishments, ensuring the consistent quality and excellence of all pastry products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate pastry production status regularly with Executive Chefs
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
  • Conduct regular inventory and ensure proper stock levels
  • Minimise waste and manage food and labor costs efficiently
  • Lead, train, and guide the pastry team
  • Address guest complaints and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of Pastry experience
  • Able to work long and flexible hours
  • High standard of personal hygiene and professionalism
