We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at SJC Partners. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices, maintaining supplier databases, and preparing payment runs.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable Management: Process invoices on Dynamics, ensuring accurate coding and compliance with outlined standards.
- Supplier Database Maintenance: Maintain the supplier database, including setting up new suppliers.
- Payment Runs: Prepare payment runs and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- Reconciliation: Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Credit Control: Handle supplier queries and perform credit control and analysis on outstanding debtors.
- Expense Processing: Process employee expenses and company credit card statements and returns.
- Financial Reconciliations: Prepare key reconciliations, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month-end process.
- Excel Skills: Confident user of Excel.
- Accounts Payable Experience: Previous Accounts Payable experience (minimum 1 year).
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Commercial Environment: Confident to work in a fast-paced commercial environment.
