Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lettings Team Leader to join our team at Belvoir Liverpool Prescot Estate & Lettings Agents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service ethos with a minimum of 3 years lettings experience in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage the workflow and processes for the lettings team.
- Develop and implement growth strategies and valuations for our current lettings portfolio.
- Create and manage property listings on various platforms to attract potential tenants.
- Ensure all property details are accurate and up-to-date, and maintain regular contact with landlords to update them on property status.
- Negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants, and ensure all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to lettings, including tenancy agreements and referencing, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay informed about the local property market and trends, and provide insights and advice to landlords and tenants based on market conditions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, with a valid UK driving licence.
- Multilingual abilities would be advantageous, and proficiency in administrative tasks related to property transactions is essential.
Working Arrangements
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
- Based in person at our office.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary of £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year.
- Performance bonus.
