Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lettings Team Leader to join our team at Belvoir Liverpool Prescot Estate & Lettings Agents. Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and manage the workflow and processes for the lettings team.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and valuations for our current lettings portfolio.
  • Create and manage property listings on various platforms to attract potential tenants.
  • Ensure all property details are accurate and up-to-date, and maintain regular contact with landlords to update them on property status.
  • Negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants, and ensure all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to lettings, including tenancy agreements and referencing, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay informed about the local property market and trends, and provide insights and advice to landlords and tenants based on market conditions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, with a valid UK driving licence.
  • Multilingual abilities would be advantageous, and proficiency in administrative tasks related to property transactions is essential.

Working Arrangements

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
  • Based in person at our office.

Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive salary of £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year.
  • Performance bonus.
