Job Title: Executive Pastry Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Manager to join our prestigious education settings at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer in the UK.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have exceptional presentation, organisational, and communication skills, as well as a passion for food & service and bags of enthusiasm. They should be able to provide high-quality food catering services to meet the bespoke requirements of our clients, demonstrate expertise in cooking, baking, and menu planning, lead by example and mentor junior staff members, maintain excellent health and safety standards, and work within set budgets and cost plan menus accurately.

  • Ideal experience working within Education catering.
