We are seeking an Executive Pastry Specialist to join our team at a busy hotel and restaurant near Stevenage & Hitchin. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality pastry and breads for the restaurant, afternoon teas, and celebrations.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie and be able to work 45 hours per week over 5 days from 7. Salary estimate: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.


Job Description:


  • • Produce high-quality pastry and breads for the restaurant, afternoon teas, and celebrations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
    • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve goals and objectives.
