Job Requirements- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, operations goals, and company policies.
- Protect the Kurt Geiger brand and maintain a high level of personal presentation.
- Ensure your area maintains excellent visual presentation, consistent with company guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and be an expert in fashion.
- Experience in Luxury Retail, with a focus on clientelling and customer service.
- A background in a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand.
- Be a customer service ambassador, driving sales and team performance.
- Be immaculately presented and representative of our luxury/fashion forward brand.
