Training Program for Mineral Products Management

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Higher Apprentice in Mineral Products Management at Heidelberg Materials UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge in the industry.
About the OpportunityAs a Higher Apprentice, you will be working closely with the Site Manager and operational team to drive performance improvements across the site. You will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in achieving key goals in safety, environmental sustainability, cost management, quality, and service.
This role offers comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and career progression opportunities. You will have the chance to attain your Mineral Products Technician Higher Apprenticeship (Level 5) and NVQ Level 4 in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE4). You will also have the opportunity to apply what you learn in real-world scenarios, contributing to ongoing projects and site operations.
Requirements- Academic Requirements: At least 80 UCAS points at A/AS level and a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science.
- Other Qualifications: We also welcome applicants with Welsh Baccalaureate, Diploma, NVQ Level 3, Scottish Higher, or an advanced level apprenticeship.
- Driving: A full UK driving license is required (or must be obtained before the start of the programme).
- Mobility: Must be willing and able to relocate during the programme to maximize learning opportunities.
- Competitive Salary: £24,960 per annum + £1,200 welcome bonus (for September 2025 starters)
