Mental Health Support Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced SEN Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping students manage their emotions and develop coping strategies.

About the Position:

  • Work with students who require emotional support and guidance to manage their social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support students in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with Psychologists and Therapists based at the school to ensure comprehensive support for students.

What You Will Bring:

  • A deep understanding of the challenges faced by students with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and colleagues.
  • Experience working with students with additional needs, although not essential, it is desirable.

The Salary:

A competitive salary of £92-£97 per day, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
