Consultant in Gastroenterology, Intestinal Rehabilitation and Multivisceral Transplant

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our dynamic team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant in Gastroenterology, Intestinal Rehabilitation and Multivisceral Transplant, you will be responsible for providing specialty input to our clinical nutrition, intestinal rehabilitation and intestinal/multivisceral transplant services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialty input to clinical nutrition, intestinal rehabilitation and intestinal/multivisceral transplant services
  • Work closely with our team of 15 Luminal Gastroenterologists to provide a full range of services for patients with Digestive Diseases
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with complex gastrointestinal conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in our Consultant Development programme to enhance leadership and management skills

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
