Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Reservoir Engineer to work predominantly on the development of our mature assets. The successful candidate will provide expertise in reservoir engineering analysis and application of dynamic models to identify redevelopment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and history matching simulation models using Schlumberger Petrel software platform, monitoring fluid contact movements in mature assets, and evaluating incremental reserves. They should also be able to evaluate facilities debottlenecking opportunities, prepare asset production profiles, and analyze well test and PVT information.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to present complex material to technical and non-technical audiences, and a good balance of pragmatism and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and history match simulation models on an ongoing basis.
  • Precisely monitor fluid contact movements in mature assets.
  • Evaluate incremental reserves and prepare production profiles.
  • Closely follow real-time drilling operations and contribute reservoir engineering recommendations at critical decision points.
  • Analyze well test and PVT information to diagnose productivity index and reservoir limits.
  • Evaluate facilities debottlenecking opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
  • Extensive experience as a Reservoir Engineer or Petroleum Engineer in diverse operating environments.
  • Experience in mature field redevelopment on assets with high well-counts and extensive production history.
  • Sound knowledge of Geology, Petrophysics, Drilling and Completions, and Process Engineering disciplines.
  • Expertise with Schlumberger Petrel RE software, including uncertainty management workflows.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present complex material to technical and non-technical audiences.
Compensation and Benefits:
