Petrophysicist Role Overview
Leap29 seeks a highly skilled Petrophysicist for a full-time position in London. The ideal candidate will possess 10–15 years of experience in petrophysics, specifically in CCS, oil production, exploration, and development.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced petrophysical analyses for CCS and hydrocarbon projects.
- Analyze well logs, core data, and reservoir information.
- Collaborate with geoscientists and engineers on multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage workflows independently and deliver results efficiently.
- Communicate directly with clients, providing actionable insights.
- Conduct reservoir studies, optimize recovery, and support CCS strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with petrophysical innovations to enhance project outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Geoscience, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
- Well-log interpretation and tool proficiency (Techlog or Petrel).
- Experience working in the UKCS or other international basins.
